Triaxis+BBE Sonic Maximizer-->Right Option?

Hi to everybody as this is my first post in this forum!

I just bought a Triaxis (V.2.0 with the phat), and I run it thru a BBE Sonic Maximizer--->Mesa 20:20 Poweramp---> Mesa Road King 2x12.

I´ve downloaded some presets (artist, ryan, etc,etc) and tried it in my triaxis.Thu some of them sound greats, sometimes sound better disabling the BBE Maximizer.

I think it´s a normal thing, that presets were created without the presence of a BBE in the rig, so I think it have to be tweaked to work with a BBE, with the eq changes that the BBE does to the signal.

The question is...you think that the Triaxis sounds better with the BBE, or maybe the BBE changes the Triaxis tone too much?

I really don't like BBEs.
They were created to fix master mixes .
It'll better if you use an external EQ with your triaxis.
I use a GMAJOR wich has an eq but I never use it.

And don't forget,the louder triaxis is , the better the tone you get :wink:

Well, I´ve been tweaking the Triaxis with the BBE and I think that the BBE improves the Triaxis Tone.You have to tweak a little the pre-done patches, but seems that brings Triaxis a little more alive...

Opinions, experiences?

If you think that the BBE improves the Triaxis Tone so you've got nothing more to ask.
If you liked enjoy yourself.
Tone is a matter of taste,I really don't like sonic maximizers but if you liked,good for you. :wink:

Thu sometimes some pieces of equipment just don´t get along with another one.The triaxis get improves,IMHO, with the BBE, but in some presets the BBE doen´t work at all, so you have to tweak or...turn of the BBE!.But, overall, I like the BBE with the TA.
