Triaxis/Abacus problem

I have recently been experienceig a wierd problem, while playing throughout the night my pedal board will automaticaly reset itself to preset 01, although this is not a really big inconvenience, i would like to track down the problem and fix it....

Now, i have tried switching midi cables(i am powering the pedalboard from the phantom power of the triaxis) and i have cleaned the pedal board with contact cleaner, i was just wondering if anyone here has experienced the same problem and how they went about fixing the problem.....

I also would like to replace the power adapter if anyone knows where i could locate the proper adapter it would be greatly appreciated..

First of all try to isolate the problem, which is swapping to 1 the triaxis or the abacus??? did you test with other midi equipment, the most clues that you give us the more easily the troubleshooting will be
