Triaxis 7-Segment LEDs, where to get?

Hi, a common problem, some of my 7-segment LEDs are gone out. I need some replacement. Anyone has a source for those in Europe (Germany) where to get them? Any help greatly apreciated! Thanks.

I didn't know that the LED's are an issue. Mine just went out as well. I was playing the guitar and so happened to see all LEDs go off. There's only a red dot in the Dynamic Voice when the unit is powered up. This may sound silly but give it a couple of days and turn it on again. The LED's are working again but I don't know how long it'll hold out.
