Hey guys

Im new here , so this is my first post.
Looooong story ... Bought a UK Triaxis on the bay , which was sent to surrey amp hospital (verified by mesa) . Arrived fine, with a certificate and such. Then i saved up for a 2:90 blahh blahh blahh

SO basically i take my Tri ,2:90,Gmaj to my local guitar store, to buy my rectifier cab... Which hadnt arrived. So we setup another cab to test the rack system.
I plug in , silence...
Through a process of elimination we verify the gmajor is fine, the triaxis is fine, and the 2:90 is oepend to reveal 2 orange wires hanging off the circuit board and is currently being seen by the shop technician...

But then the triaxis started turning itself off every 10mins or so , which it has never done before, and it took a few mins before you could turn it on again....

So as it stands , i now have nothing , its all off with the technician. I was just hoping some more experienced boogie users could comment on any of this , as this is my first ever Tube/Rack setup.

Many thanks!

I can say that I have had horrid experience with my triaxis and 2:90 along the lines you had. Bought both used off auction. they arrived at home worked fine for a couple weeks then the triaxis would freeze up on me and all numbers would go to 2.0 (I think that was it) sometimes it woudl work fine until I sent a program change to it via midi controller and it would freeze. sent it back to get repaired. they said they repaired it but nope same thing, sent it back again. repeat and repeat a few more times for about a 6 month period. In the end they fixed it and this is the kicker of how.

they put the guts of a brand new triaxis into my triaxis case. the tubes and the metal rack case that the triaxis calls home are the only original parts. so my 10 year old triaxis was basicaly made in 2008. But the upside is that I have never had a problem with it since.

I basically work 9 to 6 and come home after work and play around on the guitar for personal fun so my rig never goes out of the house. But if I was touring or playing allot of clubs..... well... I'm pretty sure I would elect to use a more "durable" amp.
