To move or not to move?

Well guys, I'm selling the beach house. I have two other homes in So. Cal that I'm going to keep, my family will stay in the Whittier house for now. (I have a long term tenant in my L.A. house, so I can't sell that one) I bought this beach house really cheap in the early 80's. It was really run down, I did alot of work to it. Selling this house will get me out of debt and remove the hassle of constant maintenance. Salt air affects everthing that isn't inside. I'm also thinking about buying a place near Denver, CO. Not sure what city yet, but probably near the resorts, we'll see. Thanks to all of you for reminding me of the awesome weather we have in So. Cal, inspite of the nasty traffic.
