Tips on how to correctly position preamps tubes in the amp

Hey Guys

I was just wondering would any be able to give me some advice on how I should go about positioning the preamp tubes in the amp.

How do I avoid bending the bottom studs of the preamp tube when I'm putting the tube into the amp, also when I'm Taking out the tube out of amp/putting it in, what's the best motion I should use to prevent damaging the tube when I'm taking it out the amp.
