Just kidding.
I would convert it to a head and 1x12 cab. Then you're splitting the weight up a bit. Still a heavy beast though.

Man up!
Hehehehe.... funny stuff!

My MKIVa has always felt like it was nailed to the floor. Been that way since 1995! I think it's funny when someone asks if they can help, I ask them to pick it up. when they stop freaking out, I tell them, never mind...

I'm eventually going to split them. I have a rack kit that I'll be using in a 4 space light rack until I get a good GTS head shell. I already have the 1/2 back and theile to go with it.

yeah, splitting up the combo is a no brainer... I'm disabled and have trouble walking, and my right arm doesn't work much, left arm is ok, not great and I can carry my heads without much trouble. I can lift them and put them in my truck too. My mark IVa combo, not so much. I needed help to get that one in my truck. I may have been able, but I didn't want to risk marking up the tolex or dropping it. Lifting 35 lbs twice is mch easier than lifting 70 lbs once. I used to be strong as a horse, but I still would want a head over a combo.

man up, but also slap it in a head shell

I have a red knob 2x12 Fender twin thats way worse to deal with.

A small heavy 1x12 combo aint so bad in my eyes.

yeah its heavy for a 1x12 combo but.... beats messing with a 4x12 cab and a JCM head.

i like it and heavy sounds soooo good!

That's exactly how I run my Mark IV. It provides that tight, focused, Mark feel without any boxiness of a combo.
