Ok... So I got acquainted with my new MK IV combo. Something with the internal switching for the footswich is messed up. But it does not matter to me.

So I'm going to be rackmounting it. Which rackmount do I need to get? The one with the fan or one with out the fan. Does it matter?

Also, what is a good mesa cab to pair up with it. The Stiletto Traditional 4x12 or the Rectifier Standard 4x12?

Let me know...

I'd go with the traditional cab. Thats what I have (straight cab) and it sounds amazing with my Mark IIC+. I also had a Mark IV that I used with the traditional straight cab before. I think they really compliment the Mark amps nicely.

Yeah that's what I'm going to go for. I tried a Standard cab vs. my Marshall 1960B Vintage cab. I liked the bass from the Standard. It was much more 3D sounding but it also sounded scooped, which I don't like. The Marshall was much more "in front" sounding. I would like somewhere in the middle. I guess I will find out in the next coming weeks.
