Please educate me, people seem to really like those thiele-EV loaded, what's so great about them ? Do people use them as monitors on stage, is it that they sound better than other mesa cabs ?? I have 2 DRs and 2 recto 4*12 cabs, what would be the advantages of owning a thiele ???

Great sound in a small package. I can't speak for the rectifiers through a Thiele. As far as Mark series amps they sound fantastic with a Thiele. A head and a Thiele offers great sound and portability with less weight and bulk of a combo or 4X12, if that bothers you, while the 200 watt EV in the Thiele delivers most of the power handling you can throw at it within reason. Very rarely do you ever hear of an EV blowing up. But I have heard of a couple that went belly up. I love EV's and have a recto 2X12 cab loaded with them. Beamblockers are a plus in my opinion with an EV.
