Thiele cab with C-90

Anybody use one???


Some incredibly nice guy just offered me a hell of a deal on an empty Thiele. I cannot pass it up, as I've been wanting another Thiele for some time.

I can't afford an EV right now, but I do have a C-90 that I'm pulling out of my Lonestar today.

I used to have an EV Thiele that sounded incredible, and I know that the EV is what the cabinet was made for.


What does the C-90 sound like in the Thiele cab?

I think a C90 sounds great in a thiele. It colors the tone slightly compared to an EV but the weight difference is a good 7 or 8 lbs! Other than that there was not a huge difference in tone when I had an EV loaded thiele and a C90 loaded thiele at the same time...
