I do as well. In fact, I just bought a quad of the Tung-sol RI EL34Bs from the tubestore. I didn't buy them for my Roadster or Tremoverb because I really like 6L6s in those amps. I put them in my Framus Dragon. They sound great in that amp, and they perform pretty much according to the description in the review. Typical for EL34s, I can't put the gain past 3 on the clean channel without getting breakup. These tubes thump nicely, but they also have that midrange bite.

In the checkout section, there is a comment box where you can tell them what amp you will put the tubes in. They will send you tubes to match the bias point of the amp.

I disagree. Though I only tried them once, They sounded flat and a tiny bit lifeless to me. I really like the JJ E34L. Ive had really good luck with them. Otherwise Im not a big JJ fan. The SEDs are good too but too $$$ what they do IMO.

The SED EL34 is one of the best sounding tubes of any type I have ever heard. So full and round with crisp mids.

But like you said, they are alot of $$$....

And like Ive said before in another thread, why are they soo expensive? Why are they 2-3 times the price of other tubes?
