Most amps have a problem with a cleanish but just breaking up sound.
The Mark 4 is the best I have heard at keeping fat and punchy and has amazing dynamics.
Here is Dublin band Trap Door covering M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes"
We originally tracked this with a Marshall DSL but redid the guitars yesterday with the MK4 Combo.
Put the amp to tweed mode and cranked it on channel 1.

Thanks guys.
I think the band did a great job on this.
Can't remember what the settings were.
Just tweaked until it sounded good.

LA-610 on the room mic for drums.
Crushed with 10db of compression :)
I love the LA-610
