I saw Metallica the lat time thru ATL.
The tone was just amazing. The live production crew did a great job brining chest thumping bass and mids that cut.
For good rectifier tone, and me being more of a player than tweaker, I feel like the Recto sounds different and better up good and loud.
Low volume needs more treble to sound decent, then buzzes. Crank it up really loud, and the can of bees goes away as you back off the treble.
For a loud amp that sounds great in meal, rock... Hard to beat a recto IMO.
