Tear In The Speaker Grill

Hi everyone,

I can get a 4X12 rectifier cabinet for an insanely good deal however it has a tear in the grill on the upper right corner of the amp. My first question is, would this affect one at all? I think no but I want to make sure.

My second question is, can this be repaired? Ideally, I'd want to patch it, although replacing it all together might be better. Does anyone have any experience doing either? How hard/complicated/pain in the a$$ is it to do?

just make sure that the speakers aren't torn as well. Easy fix
