i really havent had luck with the mesas unless they are new. i have svettys in my combo and eh in solo head. my series 2 has the mesas in them

I have tried several set of Svetlana's EL-34's. No good results. Every pair I have bought redplate within a very short time. Not just with Mesa amp's, with other's also! I would be wary of these!

I have great luck with Mesa tube's. Not just in Mesa amp's. If I just had a good dealer to stock them.
