Strategy 500 Tube question

I've got a Strategy 500 and need to replace two power tubes.

I've got STR 420 green 35's with 6550-A STR 418's in it now and was wondering if it was safe to mix with STR 430 red 05's?

I don't wanna risk damaging the amp so hoping you guys could help me out.

Also, besides matching STR #'s, do the match group color and code have to match as well?

The best bet is to call Mesa and axe them about this. I am sure you can get a lot of solid information on the board, but as far as a safe tube substitution, I would feel more confident calling the builder.
