As per the title, the first time I turn it on I hear a dull "Humm" noise
If I turn off e I turn it back on, this does not happen Probably some sort of capacitor that charges..?
I had a real loud hum. My local Mesa guy couldn't figure it out after 3 mos, if he did anything at all. Had to ship the chassis to Mesa. Mine is about 10 years old. We'll see.....

Here in Italy the assistance is a bit of crap
They are external and take money from mesa boogie, add unnecessary work to top up the refund.
I preferred to change a potentiometer myself rather than send it to them
