Yea I wonder too because there are no bids, but I assume he owns a shop because he is charging state tax for O.K. residents and I looked at some of his other items and they are guitar related.

You could always pay via credit card and file a reversal if you get scammed. At least that is what I would do.

I'd like to have one of those... can anyone tell me the difference between the stages? Everyone seems to wanna get rid of their stage I's. Are they faulty or something?

No, Stage I are not faulty. There are some slight tone differences and maybe a few other small internal things. You may want to do a internet search to better answer that question for more details. But I do know Stage I are great amps.
