Stiletto Ace Warranty

Can anybody tell me when my Stiletto Ace was made / Registered? SN ST003382
The amp is distorted and lower in vloume on the clean channel. I bought all new tubes and no change. Wanted to see if it was still under warranty. I wrote to Mesa a week ago but I haven't heard anything. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
