Has anyone paired one of these cabs up to a recto? If so, results?

I looked around briefly on the Mesa site and found that these produce a more articulate attack.

its the same thing as the traditional rectifier cab... i.e. smaller than the standard.

Mesa claims that because they are smaller, they produce tighter bass response and more articulation.

I get a lot of thud and "thwump" from my recto cabinet, kind of like jumbled/garbled bass.

A better way to say it might be: I believe my tone would benefit from tightening up the bass response
