Speaker Advice Please

I've always wanted to try the Celestion Greenbacks. I now have a chance to pick up a couple. I understand they are 25 watts. How will they hold up in the Lonestar Classic 2x12? I need great cleans and overdrive channel too?

Is this too little speaker for this monster LOnestar?

No ones gonna touch this? Well, here goes...While I've never owned GB's before, I suppose you could put them in parallel and run at 50 or 10watts. I would think they would break up pretty easy. So much for your clean headroom.

Yeah, I think you are pushing it with Greenbacks in an LSC but they'd sound great. Another option that I could recommend is Eminence Legend GB128 speakers. They are Eminence's version of a Greenback but they are rated at 50 watts each. I had them in a 2x12 and they sound excellent.
