Spare fuses

Can anybody please link me to the exact fuse that I would need as a replacement? I'm not blowing fuses, just want to get some spares. I know I need 4a slow blo, but there's so many of them, I'm sure if I order some it will be the wrong physical size.

AGC/SFE Slow-Blo type fuse (1/4" X 1-1/4")

I also think 6 x 30mm would also work.

I looked for a good while today. I still have no idea where to get them. Is there a tube place perhaps that sells them.

I know if I'm not 100% sure, I'm going to order the wrong ones.

I'd try either radio shack or local auto parts store.

Here's an eBay listing. The price is way too much, but you can make an offer. I paid $6.00 for 5 x 3A Slo-Blo from Canada.
Should you Google, the numbers you want are:
4A 3AG 250V 313 SLO-BLO
made by "Littelfuse".
The correct fuse is 31mm in length.
