It was sleeping quietly and safely in its fly-case since summer 2014, and I exhibed it yesterday for a check-up. Still a fine-sounding amplifier, starting at a flick of a switch...

I also have the Hardwood Cab option for the chassis (an aftermarket cab of the same era) :

Nice looking amp,but if I may,you shouldnt leave it sit unused for 2 years at a time.Every couple months turn it on for about an hour so those filter caps dont dry out.Caps need current to pass thru them from time to time to stay healthy.Dont have to play it,just power it up and let it sit,in play mode,not standby.

Yes, you're right. I have a bunch of amps at home, some of them self-built (see http://guilhemamplification.jimdo.com/), and try to use them as regularly as possible... But by the way, 2 years of waiting are not a problem for the electrolytic capacitors if they have been used before. At worse, I can restart the amp progressively with my Variac.
