Swapping out a 1x12 and 2x12 going thru some tones. Audio is NOT the best...sorry. I really need to get a better recording device.
I do think this illustrates 1x12 vs 2x12. I prefer the 1x12 simply because most of my playing is a home or small clubs. Tone is similar with the 2x12 sounding a little deeper. At higher volumes it really comes alive. I find the 2x12 usefull in 25 watt mode at higher volumes.
Both are closed back designs. Open back obviously will sound different.
One thing hard to capture and even hear on a PC is the awesome CHUG these little wonders have. I like to dial the bass up to about 2 and it really gives some great feel. Much past 3 and it gets muddy. Going past 4 with the gain in either of the settings on channel 2 is useless too. It starts to get muffled and really does not add much. I have not tried putting an OD in front yet.
BTW...the effect loop was on the entire time. However no pedals were used. I have have a delay, verb and phase in the loop. Wah is out front.
