I'll make your brain work
Imagine you are on a world tour, you'll play in some totally strange countries and places.
Right before the concert your amp died !!!
There's no mesa seller there and the concert is far away from the city.
Will you ask for a local people to loan a zoom to you and you'll do your next 5 shows with it OR do you HAVE to have some backup heads in your suitcase?
Remember people expended money to see your band, canceling a concert is out of the question.

You'll play in Portugal but the plane company send your rack stuff to Germany. What will you do,go to the stage and tell to 5.000 people that you don't have an amp to play?
You're a professional and been paid to play, so the show must go on !

Got it now.
People think 5 heads are too much because they play in bedrooms or school.
There are world tours etc.

Yeah, that kinda makes since, I wonder if some are wired for different voltages in Europe and America. and each of those has a backup......so that'd be four.....and the fifth is just a backup for the backups I guess.....If you got the money to buy it...why not. I'm sure he's happy he did considering they don't make those amps anymore.
