Have you tried replacing the tubes to troubleshoot the volume drop issue? What about cleaning the FX loop jack contacts?

I'm originally from Johnson City, TN. Just moved to Greenville, SC about 6 months ago...
 
Yeah man I tried both of those fixes with no luck. I am pretty sure its coming from the power section. I'm gonna clean the terminals for the power tubes and see what happens
