My doctor isn't concerned with the rapid loss. I got my eating under control and work out a lot again. I am on a strict 1800-2000 calorie a day diet and run 3 miles a day. Drink a lot of water. In hindsight there were days I would have consumed 8000 calories and burned none. My goal was to lose 30 lbs by July starting Jan 1. It happened a lot faster than that not by intention
