Slo Blo fuse holder for MKIII

Does anyone know where I can get slo blo fuse holder for my Mark III? I lost my old one and don't remember how it exactly looked like. The fuse is 8A 250V 326 so does the fuse holder has to have a certain Amperage and Voltage paramaters to work optimally?
The fuse is 6mm x 32mm

btw. I'm in NE Europe so I'm looking for dealers who ship internatinonally
