Run a cable from the slave out of the master amp into the effects loop return of the slave amp(s).

Make sure each amp is plugged into a cab though, or else you'll blow the output transformer.

What's the best way to use this to power a second amp?
Actually, your using the second amp to power your first amp's preamp section. This should ideally be done with a "clean" poweramp.

Not true! If you were using the entire amp ( preamp-poweramp-attenuator ) to drive a second poweramp you MAY want to use a 'clean' poweramp setup. In this way you can push the first poweramp into distortion while controlling the overall volume with the second poweramp. But if your driving the second poweramp with either the preamp or a slave out your still better off using a tube poweramp as the second poweramp otherwise you'll get a rather sterile hi/fi sound in the end.

What if the second amp has no effects loop?

You can always run it into the input on the other amp too, but you'll be using it's preamp as well which will "color" the sound some, so set it as neutral as possible and watch the volume, it can get loud real fast!

Yep, I tried that a little, didn't seem like the best way to do it, it was a little hummy!

So I ordered an a/b/y box from Loooper, but it's a 3 week wait till it ships. Must be selling a bunch of them.
