SimulClass Tubes Question

I am reading that with a SimulClass Mk series you can run EL-34's at the outside 2 sockets. What difference in sound/tone will I get? I am currently running all 4 6L6's in my C+. I almost never run this amp in Class A mode only. I guess my question is, is there a major tone/overdrive difference running with the EL-34's?

The EL34's don't have the same bottom end response or treble response. In Simul's I find the EL34's to
trim some of the bottom end and add a smoother top end. They don't have that high mid sizzle of the 6L6.
The whole benefit of blending them with the inner 6L6's is a very unique tone. If you rely on your clean channel
a lot, it won't have the same tone as the same effect happens to the bottom end and top end.
