This 2:90 was used for about a year worth of rehearsal, and 2 gigs, and then was retired to a smoke free studio. The unit was rock solid through the rehearsal and gigging, but suffered some type of acute issue in a studio session/rehearsal one day, and I have not used it since then. I can tell you with certainty that the whatever caused the occurance, it was not an issue dealing with an impedance mismatch or anything due to improper use.

The unit powers up, but produces a LOUD buzz through the connected cabinet, and does not pass USABLE audio. I took the unit to a local tech about 2 years ago, who diagnosed a bad tube, and could not find any other issues with the unit on an oscilliscope. I did not further pursue troubleshooting at that time because I rarely used the unit, couldnt afford to retube it, and didn't want to deal with the repair hassle. The unit is available as-is, without power tubes. This was an AMAZING sounding power amp, and is in fantastic condition (pics available via email) and is being sold with the understanding that the unit may need some work, or may simply just need new tubes...I am simply not sure, and flat out don't have the desire to mess with it.

The first $350+shipping takes it. Contact me here, or email at [email protected]
