Should I upgrade my Mark IIC?

So I recently acquired a Mark IIC HR
The condition is pristine and it is a very good amp.


And it would've been a GREAT amp, if I didnt own a 60w C+
The lead channel is pretty good, quite crunchy, and the amp is just well rounded.
Overall the tone was quite good but honestly after owning the +, the C just didn't blow me away.

Anyway I was wondering should I get it modded to a + at Petaluma?
Or keep this a IIC?

Since you just said yourself that you are underwhelmed by the IIC after playing your C+ why are you asking strangers which you should prefer? If you're happy with it as is then play it. If you're unhappy with it the mod it.

She probably has the RP-11A circuit board and the upgrade, other than the serial number will be dead on stock C+.

Call Mesa and ask for Ext. 329.
