Series or Parallel loop?

I was under the impression the loop is going to be series like every other Boogie? Is that correct?

Thats what I thought. My Road King II has a send knob for its serial loops. The 3 channel recto has send and mix knobs for its parallel loop. With my elementary knowledge of amps I think it will be series. It has just one send knob

But what do I know...

I don't know but I think that a parallel loop could be the best solution for a modern amp like the Mark V.... 8)
