Sending my Mark lll in .... any suggestions on what to do ?

I am sending my early Mark lll in to have it gone over . Nothing wrong with it . I wanted to have them do the R2 mod and general service . Any body here wish they did something else to theirs after they got it back ? I am not looking to make it sound any harsher , so , I'm not looking to 'plus' it out or anything , just looking for some suggestions and input from the board . It is a 60 watt head , no reverb , no graphic . After my studio .22 debacle last year , I would never let any local tech touch my mesa stuff .

Sorry, Can't help you out. My Mark iii is at boogie now for a general service, recap and also getting the R2 mod. When I get it back I will tell you if I wish I would have done something else.

You might ask them for any documented history on the amp, like previous service records, etc. Otherwise, you should be good!
