Screen resistor on a DR

Is it bad to run my Dual Recto with a burnt screen resistor?
I have EL34 tubes in my amp and they get really hot when I run my amp.
Are only a couple of tubes working cause of the bad screen resistor?

I would think that you would want a tech to replace the screen resistor/s that are burnt and to look that amp over. The screen resistors should be in good working condition. These resistors have more than one funciton in the amp and need to be there in good working order. I would advise not running the amp until it is repaired.
