Got a quick question for you guys. I have been told that on the roadster there is a way to engage all for tubes or just two. Supposedly, depending on the (switch) you can turn on the 2 outside tubes only or the 2 inside tubes only and then all four at the same time. I've looked in the manual and can't find the info. Can this be done? How is this done? Is it the 50/100 setting? Thanks.

Matters to me because I have 2 6V6's in the middle and 2 KT77's on the outside. So I want to know which ones are in play...........................

Just got off the phone with Mesa. In 50w mode the two outside tubes are engaged.............

Thanks for the info as I plan on running in 50 watt mode in the home studio. I searched for posts about which rectifier tube shuts off in 50 watt mode and couldn't find anything. I called Mesa, and they said that the one on the right side is inactive during 50 watt mode. This way I can run one of my more expensive rectifier tubes in the far left and leave the stock Mesa one in during 50 watt mode. And same thing with the power tubes - leave the stock Mesa tubes in the inside slots and put my good ones in the outer slots.
