Road King, which one is the V1 tube?

My amp doesn't have a tube chart, and there isn't one in the manual. Could someone tell me which tube is V1?

Generally speaking, the tube closest to the input will be V1.

More than likely it will be the far left tube. Looking from the back.

More than likely it will be the far left tube. Looking from the back.

Confirmed. The V-1 is the far left pre amp tube as you are looking from the back, which is the same side as the EL-34's.

This is the metal plate thats inside the head box of my RK I. I've heard that the RK II has 6 preamp tubes.
