Road King II solo not boosting enough?

Hey Boogie lovers!

I've got a RKII and set the solo to 3:00, with the master volume at 12:00 and the increase in volume isn't as substantial as I would expect it to be...any suggestions to help me figure this one out?

turn it to 5:00??

Just kidding... the solo function is related to the "output" volume, not the master volume. Put your master at noon, then your output to where you want to play, then dial your solo above the output knob.
