Road King and Mark V interchangeable footswitches

Hello,

I'm a newbie on here and have a pretty basic question: I have a Roadking head and Mark V Combo. Are the footswitches interchangeable or do I run the risk of damaging anything by trying to use one with the other? I just need simple channel switching.

If they aren't compatible/useable, my Roadking doesn't have a footswitch, so can I use a Roadster Footswitch?

Thanks for any thoughts/help on this.
