Much higher gain than the Marshall or Mesa. Excellent cleans and the gain is pretty brutal and defined. I have a mint K-Tre non reverb I'd like to sell if you interested. $1500.00 plus shipping.

I just did some reading up on these amps... They sound great. I guess my question to you is this (and this in no way is meant to sound confrontational). Out of curiosity, If it's that good... why are you selling it?

I had one for a few weeks. Okay amps, but the ENGL SE I had smoked it. Also, check out a Splawn Nitro, it smokes it too.

The Rivera's are extremely well built though. Resale value sucks. I paid $1,250 for the 6 month old mint K-tre I had. It took too long to sell at $1,100.

I really thought that Rivera was the sound I was after and I actually drove over 2 hours to get it. But once I got it home I wasn't too sure and then I stumbled upon a Bogner XTC and it was all over :shock: I may keep it for awhile though if resales suck that bad. I haven't even had it a month.

Yeah... I gas for an Ecstasy myself. I like the Stiletto but I'd go for the Bogner if I had the $$$.

Looks like you'll be keeping it then, I bet. There's a K-Tre half-stack FS from a music store for what you want for your head.

I really liked the samples heard on that GW review. I think I'd like one of those more than my Stiletto, but I'd have to hear it in person first, and we don't get too many Riveras down this way.
