I just heard Gary Moore died. Ive been listening to a lot of his stuff lately..This really saddens me..Rest in Peace Gary Moore.

One of the best.... He was taken too soon from us. One of my heroes because his playing was completley his own style. the sustain, the chops THE MUSIC!

God bless you Gary Moore! You helped shape my playing with your music!

dammit-just saw this
-some reports are saying he "choked on vomit" due to drinking too much-seems like it was printed in some "National Inquirer" type publication...I almost choked to death on my vomit one night, and it wasn't because of alcohol at all-it was because of severe acid reflux and the resulting constriction of my esophogus-being 58, he may have had a similar condition and didnt even know it(I didnt for quite some time...)_ i had a bunch of ulcers in esoph and stomach and never felt any pain or discomfort-just wanted to add, because of the stereotypical "out of control alcoholic musician" reactions that will occur because of this-he may have been on a "bender", but an underlying condition could have contributed

thats nasty Lesterpaul.. I used to get reflux really bad.

I read that the autopsy showed Gary Moore died of a heartattack.
