Reverb gone?

Hi, i own a Mesa Boogie Lonestar Special Combo, the reverb has recently gone completely and the tubes are starting to glow red at the back. Does this mean that the tubes are coming to the end of there days which is why the reverb has gone? Any help appreciated.

Take a look at the 12AX7 in V4, which is the Reverb driver. Swap a known-working tube in there and see it the reverb comes back.

I don't know what to say about the glowing red tubes (the power tubes?). Doesn't sound good though.
