Its a powered delay pedal (tape delay simulator) Has gain and output knobs along with the reverb, one head and two head delay controls.

H&K Tube tools, meaning they all have a 12xa7 powering them. Now is this a proper delay to run into a Roadking loop?

If there are better delay pedals I am all ears!

Thanks

Are powered delays or digital delays better

what do you mean?

i own a replex myself and really love it but forget about running it with high gain leads its the wrong tool. its the best delay ive tryed but its "vintage" in tone so use it for cleans. i use the replex in my loop. a boss dd-3 is my allround delay and a way cheaper option.

BTW the replex is a digital delay even with the tube.

I have to keep it (the replex) but I need a clean delay that is a quality brand. I want true bypass and good electronics.

Clean channel delay? maybe Im doing something wrong but my cleans are muddied up by the replex, may I ask what your settings are?

Thanks!
