removing badge from 2 x 12 cab

so I'm thinking of taking off the mesa badge from my 2 x 12 to match my custom cab I'm getting made.

is it just a matter of undoing the 2 little screws in the badge or is there more to it ?

I dont wanna take it off if it buggers up the grill fabric

Just screws. Same as any Mesa grill logo.
