Rectoverb on Recto 2x12 - will it sound better than -

this old peavey 4x12 with some sheffields in it?

I paid for the Recto cab already, just have to pick it up, but I was curious as to if it would sound better than this junk i have now.

I will be using all Mogami cables also.
