Recto power cable question

On the old 2 channels with the attached power cable, was the stock cable 2 prong or 3 prong?

Mine has 2 prongs and an empty hole where the ground prong should be. I picked up a new 3 prong end to replace it, but I wanted to make sure there was actually 3 wires running through the cable before I cut the end off.

Been three prongs for forty years. Some yahoo cut the ground prong off, because, well, that's what yahoos do.
Not advisable to use it like that, unless you wish to be known as "Sparky". In the past tense, that is. :lol:
