rect-o-verb clean channel disappeared

I figured it would be easier to post than search so here goes.

Rectoverb series 2 head with serial loop conversion.
Freshly retubed preamp tubes except the loop/ reverb driver which sounded good so i left it in.
Power tubes are EL-34's about six months old and not driven hard.
All mesa tubes.

I just put in the new tubes and everything sounded great. I had it on the clean setting channel 1 and it sounded great.

Switching between channels worked fine.

After about 15 minutes I switched to the pushed setting and the whole channel blinked out. All I can hear is the reverb.

The red channel sound great and still works fine.

Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated.

i had the exact same thing happen on my single rec a couple of months ago.

my red channel disappeared
then my green channel disappeared not long after

it all worked fine after i got new power tubes el34's :mrgreen:
