mine is in the 700s and blew away my buddies tremoverb. let me know what you think too. they say the pre500 clean sucks. i dunno sucks for them because my revision is wonderful. my 95 model was horrible on cleans

My R-01109 chrome chassis/blackplate DR's clean is great, better than my 97 or 99.

+ 812 is not pre500 obviously.... keep your orange chnl mode in back set to clean and try the gain setting at 10:30-11:00. master @ 12:00.

now i have a horrible decision of ditching one of em. as i also have a mark iv which i'll definitely keep.

i really have to hear the difference on the red channel though.but i like the cleans on the tremoverb....so lets see...
