Question about my rack mount Dual Rectifier...

I recently purchased a rack mount Dual Rectifier, but i am experiencing some issues with it. Specifically in the pots. First, on the orange channel master pot, from 1:00 to 3:00 all sound cuts out. But set anywhere else, the master pot works fine. Second, the red channel's treble pot, from 3:00 to 4:00, the treble response is lowered significantly, almost like the treble has been rolled almost all the way off. But yet, just like the orange channel's master pot, the red channel's treble pot works fine in any other setting than where it is experiencing problems.

Could someone please help me and tell me what the problem is with my amp?

Sounds like the pots need to be replaced.

so where would i get new pots, Mesa?

and is replacing pots a simple DIY task, or is it something i would need a professional do?

The pots just may need a good cleaning. This is what I use, works great.
