Quad preamp

hey, does the quad preamp need a power amp? I'm new to the world of tube amps, also what power amp would you suggest for the Metallica "Master of Puppets" to "Black album" sounds?

yes you need a power amp, i suggest a simu-class 290. deep and modern switches engaged.
